We help our Members start, expand or improve their preneed services by helping them conduct comprehensive preneed analyses, set sales goals, provide training, and develop marketing campaigns to meet every marketing budget.

Business Development Officers & Member Care Team
GFD has a team of Business Development Officers who provide our Members with direct one-on-one support and product training. We also have a dedicated Member Care Team to provide you with live-answer administrative support via telephone or email should you have any day-to-day support requirements.
In-Person Training
Members can hone their skills through a variety of in-person training events including seminars, workshops, and interactive education sessions at our Annual General Meeting. GFD training programs provide our Members and their staff the tools needed to shorten sales cycles, book more appointments, market more effectively and improve closing rates. We also work closely with our Members to help navigate their regulatory and administrative requirements.
GFD U Online Training
GFD offers its Members with exclusive access to our GFD U training site. We provide a number of courses, programs, videos, and other resources to help you hone your skills and learn more about the various products we administer.
Marketing Support
Our Members have access to a variety of promotional materials designed to increase visibility and educate their local community. Some examples include: preplanning and funding product brochures, planning and aftercare guides, direct mail and seminar promotional materials, customizable advertising templates and social media content.
Customized Aftercare Programs
An Aftercare Program is designed to assist families with completing funeral protocol such as filing forms and collecting other necessary information. Aftercare services are also an opportunity to educate families who have an interest in pre-planning. We assist our Members with setting up an effective Aftercare program
Seminar/Event Planning
Hosting information sessions or seminars establishes trust in your community and is a great way to educate your families and potential clients on the benefits of pre-planning. GFD Members are assisted with calculating costs, choosing a venue, content creation, speakers and promotion of these types of events
